I ended up focusing on Harmonia a lot and I have finished chapter 1 almost completely. As it's a pretty long chapter and a lot happens in it I divided into phase A and phase B and phase A is now completely done. Phase B is halfway done too, maybe even more than that. Of course I need to go back to it and fix and remove/add things but overall I feel like I made a lot progress! Especially because writing script is a little different than writing prose and although I had less than 10k words for Harmonia, a lot (and I mean a LOT) happens already thanks to the format.
Of course TBOL has progressed a little too. However, I feel like I need to take it easy with this one and re-plan some things and pay it more attention than I did when I wrote the flowchart. As TBOL was my first writing full story ever, it really shows too. And because I have taken my sweet time with it I have also forgotten some details I thought I would never forget (thank you memory issues).
In turn, I've been considering pushing TBOL aside for a while and give it the time it needs and work on Primadonna instead. Some people might remember a mention of this on my old project planning blog. It was originally going to be a visual novel but I feel like a prose format will do it more justice and I might actually get it done too. It would be way longer than Harmonia is and I'm already having lots of work with Harmonia so I can't work on two VNs at the same time, haha.
Anyway, I got the idea for Primadonna last December and since it's December now, I'm feeling really nostalgic about it because I planned it a lot during my Christmas break. Sadly I lost my flowchart and my VN scripting for it when my hard drive broke but this way I can start it anew and won't be bind into old plans.
I have to work really hard on artist alley stuff this December as I have the thing on January, but I will also do my best to work on Primadonna and enjoy it while I'm at it! Of course I will keep Harmonia and TBOL in mind too but yeah. I think this is my compensation for messing up with Nano :'')
