Terms
A collection of the most important terms used on this page. Some of these terms have their own pages as they get lengthy, but some of the terms are only here since they can be explained shortly. Weebly sucks so I apologize for the fact you have to CTRL + F words here. Because of that I'm giving you a list of all the terms here before the actual list and explanations.

♢Angel: An umbrella term referring to different demons with a biblical angel -like appearance. Not to be confused with Taros angels. They are also not actual angels and often have own names for their species and sub-species.
♢Central character: A meta-term referring to a character who has played a crucial role in creating a worldsetting. Very often a character that "started it all" when it comes to worlds that have been created.
♢Demon: An umbrella term referring to all creatures living in the demon realm. Not to be confused with Taros demons or biblical demons.
♢Ghost gate: An odd natural phenomenon where a seemingly random location can teleport anyone going through it into another location entirely. Ghost gates appear in door-like places, for example between two fallen trees, different entrances (tunnels, caves) or inside objects (closets, cupboards, treasure boxes). Ghost gates stay in one place until someone walks through them or goes inside them, then beginning to disappear after 5 hours of someone walking through it.
Most commonly people are immediately teleported into the new place without a way to return back, but in some rare cases people have reported to been able to continue walking, the scenery gradually changing until they are walking in a dark limbo and then seeing light again (new place). People who walk through the limbo can return back the same way they came from if they do it within two hours after entering a new area.
A rare case of a ghost gate resides within Alice Calder's mansion and the nearby area: although the gate changes place with each use, it always stays inside the mansion, its yard or nearby woods.
Keykeepers often involve themselves with ghost gates, most commonly by supervising ghost gates turned into fixed doors or alternatively turning wild ghost gates into doors. However, plenty of other ways to work with ghost gates as a keykeeper also exist.

♢Hidden magic: Hidden magic is term used specifically in the world X. It's something every living being has, but has eventually lost the contact to. During ancient times everyone from humans to animals could use it, but as the world kept changing and developing, many didn’t need their magic anymore and developed more effective ways of survival, forgetting their own magic even existed. These days only some demon realm creatures can use their hidden magic, as well as those whose magic has been awakened by someone else. Keykeepers are especially known of using hidden magic as their keys awaken their abilities.
♢Keykeeper: A person whose primary job is to protect a key that can open any door in the world. Each keykeeper holds a special and unique key, are able to use hidden magic and have a long lifespan. They often have something to do with ghost gates and tend to also works as negotiators between human and demon world. Karen is one of the most featured keykeepers.
